As you all know, London will host the Olympic Games on  July 27th 2012.

There is always a great deal of interest about this event but I would like to underline especially two.


London is the first city ever to host three Olympic Games (the others were in1908 and 1948).


Every National Olympic Committee (NOC) will have been represented by women at the Games.
