As a general rule, to cojugate a verb in the present we use the infinite (base form) without to for I, you (singular and plural), we and they. For he, she, and it we add an s/es.
They work every day.

Negative
We use do + not before the verb in the infinitive without to for I, you (sg. and pl.), we and they. We use does + not for he, she and it.
They do not work every day.
She does not live in Vigo.
Question
We use Do + subject + verb in the infinitive without to for I, you (sg. and pl.),we, and they. We use Does + subject + infinitive for he, she and it.
Do they work every day?
Does she live in Vigo?
Contractions
